The mentorship program operates on a time-based structure of either 1 or 3 months, rather than a fixed number of sessions. Once the designated time period is complete, new sessions cannot be booked, even if we had fewer sessions than expected in a week.
If, for any reason, we are unable to have a session during a particular week, we have the flexibility to schedule two sessions in the previous or following week to make up for it. Additionally, if needed, I can provide recorded video feedback as an alternative if we are unable to have the session live.
If your refund request is approved, I’ll process it within 7 days.
I’ll refund you using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, unless we agree on something different.
If you need to cancel a scheduled session, notify me at least 6h in advance. Cancellations within this notice period may be counted as utilized sessions.
If you need to reschedule a session, let me know at least 6h in advance, and I’ll try to find another suitable time in the nearest days or provide recorded video feedback.
If I need to reschedule, I’ll give you ample notice and offer alternative session times within next few days or record a video feedback.
If you don’t attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a missed session, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
If I can’t conduct a scheduled session without notice, I’ll provide a full refund or reschedule at your convenience within next few days or will provide a video feedback.
I may make changes to the mentorship program. I’ll inform you in advance and offer suitable alternatives or refunds, if needed.
You can end the mentorship program by giving written notice. The refund amount depends on the sessions attended:
However, if I terminate our mentorship program you get a full refund regardless of when it happens.
If I cancel our session, you get full refund no matter what.
