Eligibility

I’ll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Just let me know, and I’ll assist you.

Unused Sessions

The mentorship program operates on a time-based structure of either 1 or 3 months, rather than a fixed number of sessions. Once the designated time period is complete, new sessions cannot be booked, even if we had fewer sessions than expected in a week.

If, for any reason, we are unable to have a session during a particular week, we have the flexibility to schedule two sessions in the previous or following week to make up for it. Additionally, if needed, I can provide recorded video feedback as an alternative if we are unable to have the session live.

Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, I’ll process it within 7 days.

Payment Method

I’ll refund you using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, unless we agree on something different.

Cancellations

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel a scheduled session, notify me at least 6h in advance. Cancellations within this notice period may be counted as utilized sessions.

Rebooking

Rescheduling by You

If you need to reschedule a session, let me know at least 6h in advance, and I’ll try to find another suitable time in the nearest days or provide recorded video feedback.

Rescheduling by Me

If I need to reschedule, I’ll give you ample notice and offer alternative session times within next few days or record a video feedback.

Missed Sessions

Missed Sessions by You

If you don’t attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a missed session, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Missed Sessions by Me

If I can’t conduct a scheduled session without notice, I’ll provide a full refund or reschedule at your convenience within next few days or will provide a video feedback.

Program Changes and Termination

Program Changes

I may make changes to the mentorship program. I’ll inform you in advance and offer suitable alternatives or refunds, if needed.

Termination mentorship program

You can end the mentorship program by giving written notice. The refund amount depends on the sessions attended:

• Termination before any sessions: Full refund.
• Termination after one session: 50% refund.
• No refunds for termination after two weeks from the program start.

However, if I terminate our mentorship program you get a full refund regardless of when it happens.

Termination 1:1 session

• Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice: Full refund.
• Cancel without enough notice: 50% refund.
• No refund if you simply don’t show up without telling me beforehand

If I cancel our session, you get full refund no matter what.
